Xu is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer based in Irvine, CA. He specializes in hypertrophy-focused training, strength development, and corrective exercise, helping clients build muscle while improving movement quality and reducing injury risk. Xu works with clients at different starting points—from those returning to training to experienced professionals—using structured progression and thoughtful programming.
